At Halala Kanda, food is more than nourishment—it is a part of our soul. Mornings begin with freshly brewed Ceylon tea and tropical fruits picked from our gardens. Afternoons
bring indulgent Sri Lankan feasts, infused with spices hand-harvested from the estate.



In our open-plan chef’s kitchen, guests are invited to join Lasitha in a Sri Lankan culinary journey — rolling hoppers, blending curries, and grilling the freshest catch straight from
the Laccadive Sea off Weligama.


Come evening, the grand alfresco dining pavilion beckons. Here, at our contemporary 20-seat stone dining table, stories are shared over candlelit dinners, while the air hums with the soft trill of cicadas.
